Visualize Our Process

The ICOR LAB process starts with the problem. We examine various ways to tackle a problem and identify the best solution options.  The solution is developed as a minimal viable prototype and tested in an iterative process.  Solutions which exceed the testing threshold are pushed into Production and made ready to enter public beta use.

Prototyping

When designing the prototype for a solution, we focus on the user workflow and usability of the physical or digital product.  The technique used during the prototyping stage include UI Wire Framing, Digital Mockups and 3D Printing.

Testing

When prototype is ready to move into the testing phase, a series of user cases and scenarios are developed to “break” the prototype in order to expose vulnerabilities that can fixed in the prototype stage.

Production

When a prototype has passed the testing phase and the quality assurances have been met, production is ready to proceed. For digital products, this entails preparing the server environment to receive the live code and testing system on launch. For tangible products, this involves the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of the product.

Deep-Learning Scan & Sort

Preventing unwanted debris from heavy machinery has been an ongoing problem for the raw manufacturing industry.

Often, restricted debris, such bad incompatible metals or stone cause machinery to break and remain out of commission for days or weeks.  This problem results in manufacturing delays, expensive repairs or costly equipment repairs.

ICOR LAB developed a deep-learning algorithm connected to a camera to dynamically identify, sort and dispose of unwanted debris and other dangerous materials that can compromise the quality of raw materials.
